What are your opening hours?
We are open 7 days a week.
This may change with bank holidays and events such as Christmas and Easter
What time does the fish and reptile house open?
The fish and reptile sections of the store (downstairs) open at 12pm Monday-Saturday and 2pm on Sundays

Our store is on Capel Street, in Dublin City Centre, Ireland

Do Shauna's Pet Shop deliver products nationwide?
Yes, our online pet shop delivers products to clients all over Ireland. Our selection can be purchased online and delivered to your door.
Do you ship to the UK or mainland Europe?
At this time we ship to the Republic of Ireland only.
Where do you source your animals?
All our animals are sourced from fully registered ethical breeders.
We have developed long-standing relationships with all our animal breeders and continue to access these organisations to ensure that our high ethical and animal welfare standards are maintained.
We are also the only petstore to source our hamsters from a fully ethical Irish breeder, Silverwoods Hamstery
I see you have animals for sale. Can I order an animal to be delivered to my house?
Purchasing an animal in any capacity is a huge commitment and it is something we do not take lightly. Therefore we will only deliver an animal to a home if we have approved them after speaking with them about the animal's husbandry and they have followed our guidelines.
If approved, we can only deliver animals in the Dublin area only. If you live outside of Dublin, we will arrange for you to collect your animal from our store.
Do you stock live food for reptiles?
Yes, we have a wide range of feeder insects. We also have frozen rodents in a range of sizes.
Can you deliver live or frozen reptile food?
We can deliver live insects or frozen food to the Dublin area only. We provide this service every Saturday (as best we can). All orders for live or frozen food placed before 6pm on a Friday will be delivered on Saturday between 10am and 4pm
My online order won't go through! What do I do?
If you are processing an order between 12pm and 6pm, please call our store on (01)5327660 and we can process your online order over the phone.
Something is wrong with my fish! What should I do?
If you bring in a photo of your aquarium and a sample of your tank water to us in store, we can test it for you and help narrow downwhat the problem may be.
Are you affiliated with any other petstore?
No, we are 100% independently owned by Shauna herself
