We deliver our products* all over the Republic of Ireland and also to Northern Ireland. Our standard delivery time is 2-4 working days, however due to current Covid-19 restrictions orders can take slightly longer, but this is unusual.
We also provide a Saturday car delivery service to the Dublin area and the North Wicklow areas. Prices are subject to your eircode.
Same day shipping for items ordered before 4pm Tuesday-Saturday
*Live food, glass items and frozen goods among others can only be collected from the store or delivered by Saturday delivery in the Dublin/North Wicklow area. All items which are Saturday delivery only will have this stated in their description.
*Free Shipping on orders over €100 is valid for standard deliveries only and does not include deliveries of live food (insects), frozen items, glass items or live animals. This offer is not applicable to Saturday deliveries.
All orders are tracked.
Exchanges: Items can be exchanged once the item is in perfect condition with the valid receipt.
Returns: Items can be returned to us directly in store for a refund once the item is in perfect condition with the valid receipt. Items can be posted back to us with these requirements. We do not cover postage fees.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The following Goods cannot be returned:
Any aquatic items that have been in contact with water;
Any items requiring inflation (e.g. Thrive Comfy Collars);
All sale items
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Our Standard Delivery service is operated by Fastway Couriers. Please ensure to include a valid phone number with your order. If you are not able to be contacted upon delivery, your order will be sent back to us through Fastway and an additional shipping charge will apply for your parcel to be sent out to you again.
